         I am delighted to have had the very fine services of Troy Ellis at the opening of my salon Bee Beautiful, Saturday April 10, 2010. There are very few really creative chefs around who take the time to prepare really wonderful food that looks as good as it tastes. All of my guests were so very pleased with the food and the presentation. I, of course, was thrilled to have someone who did not need any help from my staff and who kept up with the demand for more. And there certainly was a demand!
